Meade customer support?

Do they have one?
I called twice, and twice I was waiting on the phone for nearly 30 minutes and no one answered. > Is there any other more efficient way to contact them other than sending them snail mail? At the moment, I'm feeling really anti-Meade, perhaps some positive energy from this forum can help me. Heh! 8)

As a follow up to my comments on Meade's customer support, a comparison to ORION follows:

Called ORION today, the phone wait was 30seconds. Within 12 minutes, I got all my problems with an SVP mount that I have solved.

Nuff said about Meade :S
