Sending Autostar electricity from ETX-90PE

I use ETX-90PE (for Japan).
I failed update of Autostar(#497).
And, electricity do not reach Autostar.
I want to update my Autostar to latest ROM.
I saw http://www.weasner.com/etx/menu.html.
However, I could not find the method by which I can solve this problem.
Please teach me the method of sending Autostar electricity from ETX-90PE.

Electricity probably has nothing to do with it. Chances are you have trashed the firmware. What exactly happened when you tried to update it? The Safe Load procedure may allow you to reflash the PTOMs...(hold down enter and a scroll down key before you turn on the power to the scope). But before you do that, you need to figure out what went wrong with the update and why.
