HELP!! :C
Could some kind soul please provide an ENGLISH
translation of the badly written 'Manual' on
polar aligning Takahashi's EM-200 mount.
A clear example of exactly where to set Polaris in the reticle
would be of immense value.
I live at 54N +8W(approx.) - GMT+0 time zone - so
ANY example of how its done for my location using
simple (preferably monosyllabic words) would incur my undying gratitude!!
Or directions to where this could be found.
Many thanks. grin

Try this: http://www.optique-unterlinden.com/pratique/polarisfinder1.3-en.htm

You enter the pertinent information, and it shows you where to place polaris. It's setup for the older reticles, so if you have the new one that's good up to the year 2030, you'll have to account for that when you align.

Also, have you read through any of the manuals provided at TNR's website. http://www.takahashiamerica.com/catalog/manuals.php
