Here's photo of my Mewlon 210 (Dall Kirkham Cassegrain) aboard a Giro Alt-Az mount. The excellent Tak 7x50 finder is built into the Mewlon and doubles as a carrying handle. Results thus far have been encouraging.

Unlike SCT designs, there is no corrector plate on the Mewlon Dall Kirkham Cassegrain. This facilitates cooling and eliminates dew problems.

That is a very nice looking telescope. I love my FS102, but would love to get a Mewlon. How do you like it? How does it perform? How does it function in an alt-az mount? Sounds like dew is not a big deal? How is the contrast? Time to cool down?

Thanks,
John
