Where's the food?

Aaron, I remember the ad & how I thought $45.00 seemed to be such a high price, considering that premium orthos were going for around $35.00.

Wish I had a whole set of those!

I got into astronomy in 1986. My first encounter with the TeleVue universe occurred when a clubmember told me that his 13 mm Nagler eyepiece cost more than my entire telescope (Odyssey 8 dobsonian).

I originally used University Optics Konigs. I bought my first TeleVue plossls in 1992. I took advantage of the buy two, get one free special that Al ran and purchased 40mm, 26mm, and 10.5mm plossls. I still have the 26 mm plossl, and it remains one of my favorite eyepieces.
