Description
Im not certain but I believe that this is a young Redtail Hawk. By chance I noticed it perched above my bird feeder. The photo was taken holding an Olympus D-450 camera to the eyepiece of a Takahashi FC-60 telescope. The eyepiece was a Tele Vue 8-24mm zoom and a University Optics Amici diagonal was also used.
