Description
I am at Kitt Peak for two nights of astrophotography (look later in the CCD imaging forum for the shots I took) and have spent some of my waking hours photographing the different birds I can see here. These Mexican Jays are common only at the top of the Peak, and are fairly tame, but very hard to photograph as the move so rapidly. This guy landed in the open in the afternoon sun and I was able to squeeze off a few shots.
