A very interesting nebula in Canis Major, NGC2359 looks like a viking helmet to some, a puppy dogor Popeye the sailorman to others..... This 5.5 hour exposure was taken over 7 nights over a six week period, due to the patchy weather weve been experiencing. This is an RGB image of 1 hour through each filter, combined with a Ha luminance of 2.5 hours. More details and a larger version can be seen at http://astroshed.com/st10pics/2359.html
