Picture taken from Weehawken, NJ on 12/4/2004 at 6:00pm. Equipment used was a tripod mounted Canon Digital Rebel, with the EF-S 18-55mm lens. Camera set on full manual control at ISO 100, F22 and 30 second exposure. I used the self timer to trip the shutter, and give time for any vibrations in the tripod and camera to dampen out. It was a bit windy so there is some blurring evident, but the final result was pleasing.
