Object: NGC 7000, North-America-Nebula, IC 5070, Pelican nebula (right), LBN 400 (left) and the bright star Deneb (right, upper corner) in the constellation of the swan Date + Time: Jun 20, 2005 / 22:08 - 1:37 UT Location: Welzheim, near Stuttgart, Germany Lens: Carl Zeiss Sonnar 5.6 / 250mm fully wide open Camera: SBIG STL 11000M with SBIG RGB filterset Exposure Time(s): H-alpha 9x 900 sec. (SBIG H-alpha filter 10nm) 1x1 binning, R(1)G(2)B(2) x 900 seconds 2x2 binning More Details: Dark- and flatframe-corrected I shot the image in the shortest night of the year, which is a grey night without absolute darkness. Also the Moon was nearly full - in summary bad conditions to do deep-sky astrophotography. I hope you like that widefield. Any comments are very welcome. Best, Stefan http://www.astromeeting.de
