Hi, I was imaging M51 (Whirlpool Galaxy) the night of February 9, 2006 from my home in Kennewick, WA. I was using a Canon XT with a LX-90 @f6.3. This a stack of 8 -45 sec. subs at 1600 ISO. The 8 exposures were stacked using MaxIM and touched up with Paint Shop 9. I was surprised to see the galaxy so well framed in one of my exposures. Regards, Doug Neal
