Description
This Harrier floated on the breeze just ahead of me as I walked back to my truck after a day on the marsh photographing hawks and owls hunting. After spending many back breaking and leg cramping hours in a blind (quite successfully I might add) I got the closest photos of the day walking back to the truck. This photo was taken just before sundown, hence the color. Shooting data; Nikon D2H, Sigma 800mm w/2x, focal length 1600mm, 1/640 sec, f11, ISO 200.
