Not the best photo, but it is my first. These are shy ducks so it was difficult to get close. It was a windy cold day with a strong wind coming off the Long Island Sound which made it difficult to keep the mount and scope steady. , but i felt the urge to try it when my son and i were passing these red devil eyed beauties. So i ran home and returned with a Orion 80ED and a Digital Rebel, it is used as my astronomy scope, i dont have a good terestrial and have never taken wildlife pictures before but i couldnt resist trying.
