Description
This tower was constructed on Munjoy Hill overlooking Portland (Maine)Harbor and was used to view ships at sea coming into port. Once spotted, arrangements could be made to have longshoremen available to unload the incoming cargo. 1/20 second at f/22; ISO 100 rating, camera on tripod. Enhacned in Photoshop CS2
