We have a special remote place on our lake that we sometimes go and we saw this loon behind us, following us in to the bays end. We anchored for a few minutes at there and the loon followed us all the way up by about a mile. It hunted on several dives and I could see that it was going to surface close; so close in fact that I got this image closer than I would have thought possible!
