Description
One of my favorite star clusters is The Double Cluster in Perseus. Comparing to the last one I took, it appears that a few of the stars in the central portion of each cluster are in different positions. This photograph includes a 2x digital zoom of the center of each cluster pasted at the top of each corner. Scope is my 5-inch diameter f/7 refractor made from a Meade AR5 Objective and 80mm Triplet ED APO condenser lens. Single 800 iso exposure of 30 seconds using my Canon Digital Rebel camera at prime focus.
