Description
A mosaic covering a swath through Orion at 0 degrees Declination. The Seagull Nebula is in the left lower corner, and the seldom imaged Eridanus Loop on the far right. The Great Nebula of Orion in the middle, Barnards Loop, Angelfish Nebula, Cone and Rosette Nebulae are included. Nikon 50mm lens, STL6303 camera, Barr Associates 4nm Ha filter. Processing in Maxim, DDP stretches and unsharp mask to emphasize the weaker features.
