Gentlemen: I took this shot in Chiefland, Florida November 7th under exceptional skies with a Takahashi Mewlon 250. Total exposure time was 650 seconds and image processed as an LRGB. While stretching the image I noticed that the core of the comet was actually two pieces and rectangular in shape not round as I expected. The two pieces are very evident when background is reduced to a minimum. Attached is the shot I took with the insert of the comet core.
