We were on safari in Botswana, but this time instead of a truck we were in a boat! This elephant bull was feet and sometimes inches away from us while grazing on the aquatic plants at the rivers bank. It was so close it bumped our boat slightly to maneuver around but at no time did it threaten. On the other hand, its a good thing Im a trained diver, because I didnt take a breath during that whole time!
