No. This was a very sleepy lion in the middle of the savanna in Kenya. He sat up long enough to give a huge yawn and then went back to sleep. We thought they looked so docile - the guide asked us if we wanted to see how docile he was. So he told us to keep all fingers and toes inside the vehicle and opened the door while he was asleep ten feet away! That lion was on his feet in a split second, ready to pounce. Boy, did we wake up! Note, the flies captured in mid-flight - 300mm lens is unbelievable!
