M27 is a large planetary nebula in the constellation Vulpecula and is most often called the "Dumbbell Nebula" but sometimes referred to as the "Apple Core Nebula". This picture is composed of a series of short, one-minute LRGB exposures to better show the center star and the internal structure of the nebula. This area is often obscured by the surrounding nebulosity in long-exposure photographs. Either way, M27 is a beautiful object.
