Description
NGC3718 (R) is a disrupted warped spiral. To the left is NGC3729. Both galaxies lie in the constellation Ursa Major at a distance of 52 million light-years. At the bottom of NGC3718 is the Hickson galaxy group 56. This group consists of interacting galaxies at a distance of 400 million light-years.
