This is a brief ray of sunshine through an opening in late day winter clouds, captured by my Razr-M cell phone with an optical diffraction grating attached. Scientifically we are looking at the 1st and 2nd order spectra of the sun at low resolution, overexposed in 1st order and sun itself. Ignoring this, one could call it a chance rainbow from the sun to my feet, or, a colorful bolt from the blue.
