This image is a results of 3 imaging sessions that I took about 2.5 month ago from Negev desert Israel, the most darkest place. The first 2 night sessions I took with my Canon 60D unmoded, 50 light frames of 7 min each frame using ISO 400 & 800, total exposure 350 min, calibration frames added too. The last session I took about 2 weeks ago using my new Canon 450D monomod with Peltier TEC system @ zero degrees C` on sensor, the monomod made by Luis Campos Portugal. I had some fogging/condensation on the sensor at the beginning of the session but managed to resolve the problem. At the first 2 sessions when used the unmoded 60D I received minor data on the luminance and HA to revile the red nebulosity on the spiral arms so I had to complete it with the 450D momomod. For luminance I took 8 frames of 15mim each, and for HA I took 6 frames of 20 min each using ISO 800, total exposure 240 min, no calibration frames were taken for this session. This image is a total of almost 10 hours exposure.
