Description
Looking much like a flying saucer NGC4565 is an edge-on spiral galaxy ~40 million light-years distant in the constellation Coma Berenices ("Egyptian Queen Berenice's Hair"). There are also several other smaller galaxies visible in the image including what appears to be a possible dwarf galaxy (bluish smudge slightly left of center) orbiting NGC4565. http://owlmountainobservatory.com https://www.facebook.com/OwlMountainObservatory
