Description
Messier 90 is a "passive" spiral galaxy 60 million light-years distant in the constellation Virgo. The smooth and featureless outer arms of M90 are due to the lack of new star formation within the galaxy. Like our Milky Way it also features an irregular interacting satellite galaxy IC3583. http://owlmountainobservatory.com https://www.facebook.com/OwlMountainObservatory
