This post processed image was made from images I took in 2017 with a Takahashi FSQ-106N refractor and a Canon 6D MKII camera. This galaxy is quite small in the field of view of this 530mm focal length scope and thus the image shown has been cropped quite a bit. I took about 20 images at ISO 800 for 360 second durations. I guided with a SBIG STV and a 60mm guide scope of 500mm focal length. I did take dark frames but no flat frames or bias frames were used. Also, dithering was not used. I hope to revisit this galaxy this year to try other methods to bring out more details and reduce the noise in the image.
