My 10-8-2022 solar image was being acquired when this iPhone photo was taken. It was a windy day with gusts over 12 mph. Rather than use my usual tripod mount, I chose to use this more stable Starmaster base and rocker box with custom extender arm to locate the Solarmax scope where everything balances. Tracking was visually perfect despite the gusty wind. Alignment in daytime was easy using my iPhone compass, Clinometer and alt-az star position Apps.
