Description
Comet ZTF was quite photographic as it passed near Earth earlier this month. Location at this session was about 114 million miles from the Sun and 45 million miles from Earth, visually passed Mars in Taurus. This allowed for longer focal lengths. Here the image was captured with William Optics Zenithstar 61 to ZWO ASI294MC Pro at prime focus. The overall field was cropped to about 1/2 total. SharpCap pro used to livestack over 4 minutes time at 5-seconds per frame exposure.
