Description

The sunspot group AR 3359 in the image below is the most dominant group on the aphelion Sun today. It is categorized as Zurich class Dsc and is located at (21° S, 00° W). The other prominent groups visible in the image below are AR 3360 (Zurich class: Cro, 23° N, 07° E), AR 3361 (Zurich class: Cao, 23° N, 31° E) and AR 3362 (Zurich class: Hex, 10° S, 60° E).
