Here's one that is on Pee-Bay and Astromart and in a store.

Evidently the "shop/other location" to which he refers is Astromart.

Yup, that's a double add all right! Good catch Linton!

You can cancel an eBay listing. I believe that they keep the listing fee. They may also keep some of the other fees - the Buy it Now fee for example. They just don't get a final valuation fee.

There are provisions in their listing tool to end an auction early.

No harm no foul. Herb's heavy handedness though is another story.
