Herb,

I suggest you pick a number or a schedule of charges for participation. The casual user can then fold or belly up.

Yes I agree...the latest "End is Near" has fallen flat and the cow has been milked dry.

Drastic times call for drastic measures...shut down AM for a week due to 'internet service cuts due to lack of funds" and then start back up...intermittently and in spurts...and see what happens. People always freak out when they don't get their AM fix.

Speaking of cows...most AM users follow the philosophy of "why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". IMHO its about time AM sh*t or get off the pot as economic conditions are literally spiraling down the dumper...FAST. Gotta change with the times or become extinct...just look at the antiquated newspaper industry. If they'd followed the model of the porn industry (quick to adjust to the internet and they're going gangbusters...no pun intended) they'd be a lot better off.

Its gonna take some b*lls to change the existing AM model, but thems are the breaks. Those that adapt survive; those that don't fall by the wayside...and AM is in freefall.

Just my opinion and not everyone will agree...and I not gonna debate it.

Now back to the AM ads to further develop The Observatory...
