Is Flipping Allowed on AstroMart?

I've been a casual buyer on AstroMart and have contributed to a number of eyepiece discussions. Recently, I've seen some interesting coincidences between A-Mart and that e-Something site. For example, compare ad #689096 on A-Mart to the following post...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110549212606&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_500wt_896

Looking for some guidance regarding appropriate behavior before I start selling. Thanks!

Looks like the seller might be the same person in both ads. Both from Littleton, CO. so no "flipping" here.

Looks like a shill bid $180 to see if the other bidders would go up to the amount the seller really wanted. No takers and now it is here on Astromart.

Blake - I suggest you review Astromart's Terms of Service (accessible from the box on the left side of the Astromart page 'About Astromart'). Halfway down the page is 'Prohibitions' (15.2) which states: (h) Any item/s that are placed on any other site for sale at the same time it is offered on AstroMartâ„¢.
You run the risk of having your Astromart account terminated by running ads simultaneously on Fleabay.

It is my understanding that Flipping is allowed.

Personally it is something I avoid. I figure if I have gotten a good deal on something and I no longer need it, I am happy to pass my good fortune along to the next "caretaker" of that particular item. In the fuzziness of my old age, I find I am often happier just giving something away than selling it. I typically make only one request and that the eyepiece not be sold. If it is unwanted, make a gift of it.

In fact if I remember correctly, I had a 5mm Celestron Ortho that I gave you a year or two back.
