Paypal payment to support Astromart?

I'm pretty sure I've done this before but have forgotten the procedure.

Tried paypal payment to "[email protected]" but got a message they were not able to respond at this time (or similar wording). I vaguely remember someone on Astromart's end had to do a manual transactions every few days.

Any suggestions?

ATWB sells firearms and knives

eBay doesn't like that so they will not let ATWB have paypal - Herb and Paula York own both companies so eBay doesn't like that either.
