Using one A-Mart User's image by another A-Mart us

Is it allowed to copy one user's photo to use in another user's ad without asking permission?

I posted a photo of my Axiom EP:

Another User than listed the same product (not the same physical EP, another Axiom 23mm EP) using my photo:

without asking. Is this allowed?

When you put something on the internet in a public place, I would think anyone can do whatever they want with it.
