What is the amplification factor (I know that the current 2" model is 1.15x)?

I've read that only a very few of these were produced (50?). Is this true?

My measurements show 1.15X is a reasonable number.

As far as there only being 50 produced, I don't know but if it is true it means that there are no more than 49 that are available cause I ain't selling mine.
