2-inch Barlow under 2X?

I'm aware of only the Siebert 1.5X 2" Ultra Barlow -- can anyone comment on it, or anything comparable?

I have 32mm and 17mm 2" eyepieces that I would like to Barlow -- but my 2X Big Barlow is no help, especially since I have 8mm covered as well. I might get rid of the 17mm but it's a Nagler T4...

Thanks in advance, -- William

William,

Antares has a 1.6 X Barlow in the 2". I have one, but haven't really had a chance to evaluate it. I think it might really be more than 1.6 X.

Astro-Physics sells a "convertable barlow" or Barcon, which is 1.7x. It is a very fine barlow, but pricy as you would expect from AP.

Gary Weber

Hands On Optics sells a Proxima 2" 1.5X barlow. I have one and it appears to be quite good.
