AFOV: BINOCS?

I'm really surprised that I can't find this information anywhere, or that I never thought to ask this before...but does anyone know how to determine AFOV for binoculars? I've got a pair of Minolta 7X50's that FEEL like looking through a plossl eyepiece, so I'm guessing about 50 degrees or so. Does anyone here know how to determine this for certain? Thanks for any help!

Do they tell you the true FOV either as an angle
or in feet (usually at 1000 yards)? If so, its just
some math. Otherwise you'll need to pace-off some
distance -- say distnce at which yard stick just fills
the width of the field, and then do some math.
