AP 1200 for sale in Midlothian, VA

I'm curious if anyone lives near Midlothian, VA and/or knows the seller, Steve Wroblewski, who is selling the AP 1200 in this add? I would sware I've seen the photos posted here before. A new member (and a new supporter) may be interested in this setup, if legit.

I realize I can call him too, just looking for some solid conformation.
