I have a C8+ with the heavy tripod, Advanced Astromaster setup, Hand controller, case, dew heater/shield, 8x50 illluminated finder, heavy duty wedge with adjuster kit, piggy back adapter, solar filter and color filters and Celestron pollution filter. What can I expect to get out of this on the used market? I have been away from equipment values for a while.

Collectors aside, you are competing with the price of new 8" SCT optics with fresh coatings and warranty. In excellent condition with good coatings, the package you describe may fetch $650 - $850. The DSCs and wedge are a definite plus. Research ebay for similar C8 packages sold at auction. Consider selling the filter accessories separately to return more value. Good luck!
