Circle upside down "Y"-Japan manufacturer?

I have a 4.5 reflector that has an upside down "Y" in a circle(like circle "T") and I have no idea where it was manufactured, can anyone tell me where it is from?

You sure it isn't a Circle V? That would be the Vixen trademark.

"Circle Y" is Criterion Manufacturing. They
were in Hartford, CT. Somewhere near the
end they were bought out by Bausch & Lomb,
and then disappeared. They offered some
combination of Japan and US-made stuff.
