Help With Celestron 11 GPS

Help,

At a star party this evening my Celestron 11 GPS suddenly quit working. I took the unit home and removed the covers from it. I found the power cable from the rotation disk to have a very poor crimp so I recrimped it, I hate insulation displacement connectors.

I left the unit dissasembled on the table and went to answer the door bell.

My five year old decided she would help me and unplugged the control board from under the top base cover and came walking to the door saying here dady I help you.

Can someone tell me what connector is supposed to go to what ? I can't find any information about this anywhere on the web and I need to get the scope put back together for local star parties we are doing all holliday weekend.

Please help if you can.

There are internal photos available at: http://www.nexstar11.com/nexmap.html

Hope there's something there that will help!

Hi Roger,

Post your question at the NexStarGPS Yahoo group. You'll get a quick answer. A lot of very knowledgable people there have been all over the NS11.
