When I have my 12" on the Superwedge, I have to point the SCT as though it is up-side down to polar align it to Polaris. What am I doing wrong?

Anthony,
Make sure when you mount the scope, that the forks are pointing north. Then, lossen the dec lock and move the ota until the dec setting circles read +90. You now have the ota pointing north..
