Old equatorial mount

Can anyone help me identify this mount? It maybe from the 1950's or the 1940's or maybe anytime between then and now. It was found in a old shed. It was in very poor condition. It is made of solid aluminum, brass and steel. The RA shaft and the Dec shaft are 1.25". The motor turns at 1 RPM. The brass RA and Dec controls are easy to use and are accurate. It could possibly have been a kit. The strap indicates that the tube size for a 6" Newtonian. Any help would be appreciated.

My old copy of Henry E. Paul's classic "Telescopes for Skygazing", which contains many photos of instruments from the 60's and earlier, showed nothing resembling the details of this mount.
