Wow, I went the club meeting tonight and the club was getting rid of the S&T collection. It was grab and go and I got the 1961,1962,1964,1966 issues. This should make for some interesting reading. smile

Fantastic Floyd... I was a young boy/early teen in those years and I remember seeing Sky and Tel for the first time at the Hayden Planetarium(lived in NY then). Guess we will not see any posts for a while with all that reading! I now have a son named Hayden, but not named after that great sky theater. smile

Next time I am at the homestead in Illinois I will have to rummage through stuff to see if any of my old S&T mags are still around. Believe there could be some from the 50s. What I remember mostly was the Criterion, Unitron and AMT stuff. The only thing I have left at the moment is my Olcott and Putnam Field Book of the Skies.

I Yam What I Yam!

Why didnt they sell them on Astromart? As a fund raiser if nothing else. :S

I bought boxes full of old S&T's a few years ago, great reading. The ads are the best part.
