Yes it will but you're going to have a huge honking leveraged mass on the back of your SCT. Personally I'd prefer getting a 15 or 16mm to such a proposition, but if you really want to barlow that N31, I would consider getting the Astrophysics visual back and diagonal for your 9.25 to reduce the possibility of rotation. At a minimum epoxy the barrel of your diagonal so it won't rotate under the load and dump your eyepiece on the ground.
