I would choose neither. My choice would be either the 30mm or 35mm Celestron Ultima.

Having owned the Ultimas, the TV Plossl, and the UO Konig, I can say that the Ultimas have a slightly wider FOV and are indeed sharper across the field. This will be especially so in your f/9 scope.

Hi gang (Dave),

I agree with Dave Bush. You cannot go wrong with the Ultima 30mm. You should be able to pick up one on Astromart for around $65.00, and this leaves you with some money left over to pick up the Ultima 24mm which is another fine eyepiece (if you can find one!). However, I have a penchant for the University Optics 32mm 2" konig, and the 24mm 1.25" konig in long focal length refractors and SCT's, but in particular a C11. The 32mm Konig is well corrected to the edge, contrasty, and most importantly stars are sharp and pinpoints like an ortho. A very nice eyepiece. Just my 2 cents worth. Clear skies. smile
