Re: Will C8 hold it up

I am looking for a go-to scope and would like to get some input on whether the advanced C5 GT mount will hold up the C8 and a piggybacked ED80. The ED80 is only 5 pds more and I have seen these combos on the Meade set-ups. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the c10 with a Pentax 35mm camera piggybacked on a CG5 GT mount. Works fine.
