Hi all; Anyone know how to remove Armorall from plastic? Someone and I'm not going to say who :S , had this bright 8) idea to put armorall on the elevation surfaces of my xt10i, and now the thing will not stay where you point it. cwy The scope drifts up or down depending on the load. I have tryed Acetone but to no avail ..... H E L P ! ! !

The only thing that I can find that is listed is Alcohol. I would also wonder if ammonia might cut it.
But Alcohol I would try first, ammonia is nasty stuff.

Tried it once on my Hardin 6" on the azimuth surface. Huge mistake. Soapy water worked on the melamine ok. It got better.
