Sky Atlas 2000.0 Need advice on shipping

I am in the process of making a deal for mine. I would like to know how to ship it. I do not have the original box it came with. Does anyone have any ideas on the most efficient way to do that?

I'd wrap it up in bubble wrap as much as possible and put it into a box just big enough to hold the item. Then put the smaller box into a larger box packed with some crumpled up newspaper. The double boxing really keeps things protected well and won't cost all that much more to ship. Then make sure to insure and certify (have to sign to recieve it) your package and everything should be fine.

How about rolling it up and putting it in a large mailing tube?
